UVA LED battery operated curing lamp RC100
Product Characteristics
The LCNDT LED UVA RC100 curing device is a highly efficient cordless, handheld, rechargeable, cold cure, paint curing device for use in professional vehicle accident repair workshops. It is suited to all types of small to medium sized (UV cured) paint repair work. LCNDT UV curing technology allows accident repair workshop owners to achieve the world’s fastest vehicle repair times.
The RC100 uses cold cure technology. No heat is produced on the panel or the paint: This means that the paint technician will have no issues when curing plastic parts or any heat sensitive materials.
The RC100 curing device is a high tech piece of curing equipment and should be treated as such. LCNDT use the highest quality materials during manufacturing & assembly.
The LCNDT LED UVA RC100 curing device has an inbuilt digital timer which can be set for seconds or minutes, it also has a safety auto/off function.
Curing times
UV body filler: 30-60 Seconds.UV Primer: 30-120 Seconds (Depending on size)
UV Clearcoat: 2-3Minutes for UV dual cure technology. (Small areas)
Efficiency Benefits
The LCNDT LED UVA RC100 is the most efficient curing device available; it uses only battery power to cure areas up to 600x400mm or 24x16 inches. The battery only needs to be charged for 2 hours at the end of each day, total curing cost for 1 year is less than the cost of a cup of coffee. (See battery charge times & electricity cost data below)
This means that cure cost per repair is virtually free. The RC100 delivers extremely high speed UV primer or UV clear coat curing using little or no energy and allows the accident repair workshop to earn more profit per vehicle.
LCNDT’s curing efficiency performance is achieved by using state of the art LED technology in combination with a LCNDT designed LED lens. LCNDT are also the inventors of the world’s first mobile robotic curing LED UVA curing device for large area vehicle repairs.
The LCNDT LED UVA RC100 curing device is designed to cure vehicles in any bay without having to move the car. Competitors such as IRT use large Infrared curing devices that need to be plugged into3 phase power sockets which are rarely available in every work bay. IR curing devices such as IRT use extremely high energy 9,000 to 12,000 watts of energy therefore they are also extremely expensive to run.
